Return/Cancellation Policy
30-DAY RETURNS OR EXCHANGE: You may return your item(s) for a full refund (less shipping/handling charges if applicable) within 30 days of the purchase/ship date. All items must be in brand new condition and returned in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund. Receipt is required for a return or exchange.
Cancellation of preorders must occur before one week of release date. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment minus the handling fees charged by Wix.
Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost for any packages that are being returned or need to be shipped again due to damage and not covered by insurance. Should the wrong shipping be selected at checkout the customer can be given a refund of postage cost if overcharged but will be charged the fee to cover the credit card transaction.
